training course details
The NVQ Level 2 takes about 2 years to complete. After completing level 2 the next step would be to work with the salon's stylists on various techniques and styles carrying on from the skills the trainees have already learnt.
This process would take 1 year after which each trainee is tested by the salon to company standards before going out onto the shop floor.
The option to carry on to Level 3 is also available to members of staff should they wish to pursue it.
